Txotx is back! After a four-year hiatus, our famous Spanish cider party returns with the release of the 2022 vintage of Inclinado, our Basque-inspired cider. Your ticket includes pours of Inclinado directly from the Txotx barrel, tastes of authentic Basque and Asturian sidras brought directly from Spain, a sidra presentation and slideshow by world cider expert Darlene Hayes, lessons on how to do the escanciar (traditional long pour), txalaparta, and assorted pintxos (tapas). Age 21+ only.
