We released the 2012 harvest's Graviva! Semidry Cider at the exciting Cider Bar series. Chef Martin prepared special appetizers at the Cider Bar before the café started serving its popular Gypsy Nights dinners at 5:30.

Scott joined panelists Tim Bates of Philo Apple Farm and Jolie Devoto of Devoto Gardens to discuss holistic orchard management and cidermaking at the Ecological Farming Association's annual conference.

CiderDays is the premier U.S. festival for all things related to craft cider. We poured our ciders at the legendary Cider Salon tasting. Such an honor to be in the same place as the pioneers of the U.S. craft cider revival.
Sept. 15, 2012: Slow Food Fresh Food Picnic, Rancho Mark West, Santa Rosa CA
We poured tastings of our ciders at the year's most important Slow Food event in Northern California. Speakers included Slow Food founder Carlo Petrini and Chez Panisse & Edible Schoolyard founder Alice Waters. Carlo said our Graviva! Semidry Cider was "fantastico"! We think he's fantastic, too!
Aug. 11-12, 2012: Gravenstein Apple Fair 2012, Sebastopol, CA
Tilted Shed Ciderworks launched its inaugural ciders at the Gravenstein Apple Fair, an annual festival celebrating Sebastopol’s famed but fading apple. We poured tastings and glasses of our ciders in the wine tent, to a clamoring audience. Next year, a cider tent?!
Aug. 11, 2012: Chosen Spot #3 Dinner, Luther Burbank Home & Gardens, Santa Rosa, CA
Hardcore Farm to Face’s Chef John Lyle featured Lost Orchard Dry Cider with his cheese course at this sold-out pop-up dinner, which raised funds for the Luther Burbank Home & Gardens. The cider paired wonderfully with the excellent cheese from local purveyors Vella Cheese Company and Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery.
